Do I Need to Return My Physical SIM After Switching to an eSIM?
You do not need to return your physical SIM card.
Once the switch to an eSIM is complete, you may dispose of your physical SIM card.
You do not need to send it back to us.
Important
Once the switch to an eSIM is complete, your physical SIM card will be automatically deactivated.
You will no longer be able to use the physical SIM card after the switch.
