Transfer your phone number to another provider

Contact the new provider you'd like to port your current phone number to, and they will let you know what details they'll need in order to port it.

*Customers with Premier Plan*

If you are with Premier Plan and plan to transfer your current number to T-mobile, the process will take longer than usual due to the transfer process between the same carriers.

Please be sure to start the procedure well in advance of the date.

Also, please note that in rare cases, T-mobile, which process the transfer procedure, may determine that transfer procedures between the same carriers are not possible.
