Can I Use the SIM Card in Japan Before Traveling to the U.S.?
The SIM activation process is fully completed once your device connects to the network in the United States.
Therefore, even if your SIM is activated in Japan before your departure, your service will not work while you are still in Japan.
*Please restart your phone after arriving in the United States to begin using your service.
If you experience any issues connecting to the network or using your service after arriving in the U.S., please contact Customer Support.
