If any of the following applies, it is considered that you have agreed to the terms of services.
- (a) When you agree the terms of services by phone, verbal, web, email, chat, and any other communication method that we accept.
- (b) When you start using UNIVERSAL Mobile services.
- (c) When you place an order for the UNIVERSAL Mobile services.
- (d) When the product package is opened.
By providing your email address and mobile phone number during checkout or account registration, you agree to receive transactional and promotional messages from [Your Store Name] via email and SMS. Message and data rates may apply. You can unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions provided in our messages or by contacting customer support. Your information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The SIM card must be unlocked and compatible with T-Mobile Bands to use your current divice. If your device is not applied for these terms, you cannot use your model.
If you are not sure whether the model is compatible, please call the custmer support in advance.
We will accept the payment by credit cards only. You can use either credit card issued in the United States and outside of the U.S.Please note that the payment you paid after utilizing our services will not be refunded under any cirumstances and reasons.
In the case that products purchased from us has an initial defect, we will respod to the return within 60 days from the contract.
Please contact the Custmer Support Center and tell the reason for the return and the status of initial failure. After we confirm the product, we will process to return.
The moble phone and a set of accessories you purchased will be returned. However, we may refuse of the return the product if a custmor damages it, leaks water, or loses accessories.
In addition, please note that you will be billed for the shipping fee for returning, monthly basic charge, and the other charges for our services you utilze.
Products purchased from us will be replaced only if they are out of order within 60 days since you purchased.
Please tell us the reason for exchange. However, if the products is damaged or wet due to customer's intention and negligence, we will not accept for exchange.
If there is a change in your current credit card, please update the information immediately from Payment method on My Page.
If the payment for our services is declined by your credit card due to reasons, such as the vaild date is expired or the card limit is exceeded, the line will be suspended until your payment has been confirmed.The contract for our serivces may be canceled in some cases.
Also, we may outsource a collenction agency for your unsettled charges. In that case, contractor of our services shall pay us all the costs for collecting the unsettled charges, including the usage fees of the collection agency.
We may ask you to show or submit your driver's license or passport for identity verification. If you do not show or submit your ID, we may refuse to activate the product or cancel our service.
The customer is responsible for managing the product purchased from us. It is prohibited to transfer, rent, or resell to a third party. If the customer comitts this prohibition, or if you cause a disadvantages to us for other reasons,
we will immediately cancel or suspend the contract between you without prior notice.
If your cellphone is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately. We will promptly reissue the SIM card.

If you contact us by phone outside business hours, please leave your name, phone number you lost or stolen, and your contact information in voice message.
Please note that the usage charge incurred before you report the loss or theft to us will be charged to the contracted person.
We are not responsible for any problems with the service provided by the cellphone carrier.
- The contract with the existing cellphone carrier must be vaild. MNP is not possible for phone numbers that the contract is invalid or exipred.
- Port in from other companies may take up to 7 days. Please make an activation requset with at least 10 days remaining in the contract with the current cellphone carrier.
- Port in is possible for only phone numbers issued in the U.S. Phone numbers issued outside of the U.S. are not eligible for Port in.
- It may be not possible to transfer depending on the carrier and account status. We are not responsible for any damages when 1) the information required for Port in registered at the time of activation is incorrect,
- You cannot specify a date when Port in will be completed.
If you have any problems with your cellphone or other devices, please contact us. In addition, we are not responsible for any problems that occur with the cellphone other than those purchased from us.
The monthly basic charge for the month you canceled for our servies cannot be refunded. In addition, please note that even after the contract is canceled, the customer is obliged to pay the charge for the call that occured before the line was stopped.
The contents of our services may be changed, added, or deleted without prior notice. We also may change or suspend part or all of our services temporarily.We are not responsilbe for any incidental damages (loss, change, or interuption of businesses, etc.) resulting from the use or inability of the use of our services.
